2. / What is integrative mind-body therapy?
Integrative therapy blends narrative therapy with yoga based practices to support nervous system regulation, release tension, and build self-awareness. This approach involves learning to observe how mental and emotional imbalances show up in the body, and then using both “top-down” (cognitive) and “bottom-up” (somatic) strategies to support regulation.

No yoga experience is required.
3. / Why do people seek therapy?
People begin therapy for many reasons, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready to heal from past experiences. Therapy can also serve as a space for growth, self-reflection, and grounding during times of transition. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit. Sometimes, healing begins simply with slowing down and noticing what is coming up for you.
4. /Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in therapy is confidential, with a few exceptions required by law (such as harm to self or others). We’ll review confidentiality during your first session so you know exactly how your information is protected.
5. /Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I am not directly paneled with insurance companies. However, I provide superbills (itemized receipts) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.I also offer a sliding scale for clients who may need financial flexibility.
6./ How do I know if we’re a good fit?
Therapy is a relational experience; therefore, feeling safe and understood is essential to the healing process. During our consultation meeting, you will have space to ask questions and get a sense of my therapeutic approach and style. I encourage you to notice how you feel in our conversation because your comfort and connection matter most.
