Offerings.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. The services offered here are designed to support individuals and couples navigating emotional distress, relationship challenges, and the effects of prolonged stress or trauma.
This work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with mind–body approaches, offering care that is thoughtful, affirming, and responsive to the complexities of real life. Whether you are seeking individual support or relational work, you are invited to explore the services below.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive space to reflect on what you are navigating in your life. Sessions focus on building insight, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing practical tools related to a range of psychosocial concerns. Depending on your needs, our work may center on reflective conversation or include attention to bodily cues and nervous system responses.

Couples/Relational Therapy
Relationships can hold care and connection alongside strain and miscommunication. Couples therapy offers a structured and supportive space to explore relational patterns and strengthen how partners communicate and respond to one another. Our work attends to emotional safety and the ways stress, trauma, attachment patterns, and external pressures shape the relationship while creating a container for both partners to feel heard and understood.
